It is also the basis for understanding therapeutic applications of Yoga: how Yoga heals and enlightens.\nRaja Yoga provides a practical approach to health and balance in all aspects of life: physical, mental, social and spiritual. It proposes a pathway to relieve suffering, which is the goal of all the great wisdom traditions, and the practical goal of Yoga teaching and therapy.\nRaja Yoga Teacher Training – Online provides an opportunity to immerse yourself in these profound teachings and learn how to skillfully share them with others. All materials and recordings will be accessible for 3 months after graduation.\nThe curriculum\nAn in-depth exploration of the Yoga Sutras\nInteractive discussion of how to incorporate the teachings into daily life\nExploration of Raja Yoga for therapeutic application\nOpportunities to deepen your Hatha Yoga, pranayama and meditation practice\nGuidance for teaching Raja Yoga workshops and a six-week Raja Yoga course\nGuidance for incorporating Raja Yoga into Hatha Yoga classes\nCoaching in public speaking; including preparation, delivery, and using Yoga to lessen presentation anxiety\nTraining in answering questions and leading discussions\nPrerequisites\nDaily meditation practice for at least six months and a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification that includes an introductory Raja Yoga course.\nTechnological Requirements\nRegular access to the Internet is necessary to participate in this online training. You must be able to run Zoom on your computer or tablet, and have an active email account for delivery of course materials and a strong internet connection.\nContinuing Education (CE) Opportunities\nYoga Alliance (YA): Approximately 165 total hours.\nYou can input your contact hours using your YA login information.\nIntegral Yoga 300-hour: Approximately 165 hours towards RYT 500 designation\nYoga Therapy: This is one of the required modules to become certified as an Integral Yoga Therapist\nWe give out partial scholarships for this training whenever possible. We accept applications up to one month prior to the start of the training. BIPOC are encouraged to apply. For information on financial aid and payment plans, please contact us training@integralyogasf.org.\n*Payment information and Refund Policy:\nA $25 non-refundable application fee is applied towards the tuition. After your application has been accepted, you will be prompted to make a payment when we start enrolling students into the course. If you apply before the early bird pricing expires, you will receive a discounted early-bird price. For RYT 200 teachers, please email us your diploma when you apply at training@integralyogasf.org. Full payment is required one week before the start of the program, unless a prior payment plan has been arranged. Once the program begins, the program tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable. If canceling before the start of the program, the balance will be refunded minus $175 administration fee.\nPartial scholarships are available for this training when possible. We accept scholarship applications up to one month prior to the start of the training. BIPOC are encouraged to apply. \nWe offer payment plans for our applicants. The tuition is divided into a number of smaller payments. A one-time, $35 admin fee applies when setting up your plan.
