Now we know that all the different types of Sadhana are important, and they all intertwine with each other.However I do have a favorite.I find that I enjoy meditating the most, I get so much clarity from it and it’s so relaxing. While I do enjoy hatha and raja yoga as well, I find that meditation has the most impact on me.
