Sitting down to meditate on the mantra is wonderful, but I wonder does anyone else repeat their mantra at other times too?
I like to repeat my mantra while I’m in bed, before I drift off to sleep. Sometimes when I find my mind bored (or worse, depressed!) I also repeat my mantra, and I could be doing any kind of activity–driving, sweeping, or hiking.
I find that anytime to repeat mantra is a good time. I’m especially fond of repeating mantra while washing the dishes and handling them with loving gratitude and gentleness.
