I have fine tuned my process of eating healthy over the past couple years. Always making sure I plan ahead so I don’t surrender to what little there is to choose from the road. I have a couple different size cooler bags depending on the length of the trip. I stock up on a nice variety of nuts sprinkled with dried fruit and coconut. Chopped veggies with containers of hummus, tahini and almond butter. Kalamata olives are nice decadent treat. A few pieces of fruit… something not too messy. I love to arrive at my destination with something that my friends and family like too. It’s always fun to bring food as an offering.
