IY Teacher since 1970, teaches all levels of IY Hatha, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra and Subtle Body workshops, Laughing Yoga, Basic IY Hatha Teacher Training, performs ministerial duties such as sacred ceremonies, and is a Certified, Licenced Massage Therapist. Splits most of her time between Yogaville, Va. and Santa Barbara, CA but is happy to serve anywhere!
